NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. If you want to exchange an item you will need to call our customer service number.

Return & Exchanges: (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective. Exchanges will be replaced with the same item originally ordered; no substitutions will be granted. Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 72 hours.

Our Exchange policy must meet the following criteria:

Requests must be made within 72 hours (3) days of receipt of your order. Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange policies are voided.The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top.The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before a exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing.

If you need to exchange you will receive the same item placed in the original order We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. .

Shipping for exchange:

The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. We will not be responsible for lost or non trackable packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Can Belle Vie Elite Hair be colored & flat ironed?

Yes, this hair can be colored, bleached, & flat ironed; it is like your own natural hair.  Yet, please consult with a licensed professional before adding any coloring to your extensions.

Do we Ship Internationally?

Yes, we utilize FedEx for International shipping. We are not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.

We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.

How long does processing & shipping take?

After placing your order, please allow 1-3 days processing time. You will normally receive your package 3-5 business days after processing. We also offer express shipping and overnight shipping.

How long does the hair last?

Brazilian last up to 1 year if taken care of properly

Our Virgin Indian last up to 2-3 years if taken care of properly.

How many bundles make a full head?

It takes at least 2-3 bundles, for a fuller look we suggest 4-5 bundles.

Is all your extensions 100 % Virgin Hair?

Yes, all of our extensions are 100% Virgin Hair.
